The first time I appeared on MSNBC was last summer after the Holi Bakery terrorist attack in Bangladesh. But this month, I returned to the network as a guest on Joy Reid’s “AM Joy” show for the last two weekends in a row.
Not only am I a huge fan of Joy Reid, I love how the show displays a truly diverse series of political commentary while showcasing the voices of fantastic women of color which sadly, is a rarity in the American media landscape.
My first time on AM Joy I spoke about Trump’s White House’s crisis communications strategy and Melania in Saudi, and this past weekend, I spoke about the rise of hate crimes in the age of Trump.
